In 2021, due to my extensive traveling schedule, I discovered and then contracted with Nick Keane of Keane Lawn Care and Snow Removal for seasonal lawn care. Initially, we had them just mow, but over the years we added fertilizing and essentially complete lawn care. Nick has us on a regular weekly schedule and occasionally due to weather, equipment maintenance, or unexpected emergencies, Nick changes for that specific week. He always contacts us in advance to either ask our permission or sometimes just let's us know about the change. Having run businesses ourselves, we know how important our good reputation is for success. That's one of the reasons we completely understand that we are dealing with a professional service business. However, that business is directly due to the trustworthiness of the owner. Last summer Nick noticed we had moles or gophers burrowing in our backyard and quickly contacted me to bring it to my attention, proving he is willing to do more than just mow and leave. 2026 will be our 6th season using the their services and we can honestly say that as long as we own our home and my traveling schedule continues, we will trust and rely on Keane Lawn Care. For that reason, we have willingly encouraged Nick to use pictures of our lawn in any marketing efforts he needs to share our satisfaction. Face it, when you hire someone to provide lawn care, you want your lawn to look great. Check the pictures which prove the quality of his work. I needed immediate help, so my boyfriend hired Nick to assist until I could replace the flat tire on my lawn mower. Nick did a great job—he was prompt, communicated clearly about when he'd come, and followed up after finishing, especially since I wasn't home during his second visit. We appreciate his help and will definitely continue using his services as needed.
